I am in the process of learning more about mortgages so when I start to get mortgage quotes I will know what to ask. I tried to call someone the other day and I was just clueless about how to answer his questions about what type of mortgage I wanted. I decided I should find out the basics so that I can figure out what I want and get quotes on the same type of mortgage with the same conditions from all of the places that I contact. That way they really will be comparable. I am hoping I can get a good rate.
