I wanted to give people a few words of advice about purchasing car insurance. I’d been with the same company for 4 years, and never felt the need to change; after all, I’d never had any problems with them. But, this year, when the renewal came through, I decided to shop around a bit and I found a policy that was a lot better than the one I kept purchasing, and it was about £50 cheaper! So when my son needed insurance, instead of going straight to the usual website, I typed in “car insurance new driver” so I could shop around and find the best price and cover. I’m glad I did, I found him a really good deal, but it’s just a shame that I’m the one who has to pay!
