We bought a home in Las Vegas and made mistakes. We did not use a Realtor, the seller was a builder and we bought sight unseen. We moved our furniture and a car ourselves. There were a lot of problems with building the home, closing and dealing with the builder. I will always use a licensed real estate agent for any real estate transaction in the future. The worst was driving four days cross country dragging a car behind us. I worried that it would fall off the flatbed. It was not correctly fastened down, the rental employees did not help with the hook up of the vehicle nor did they offer any advice. The vehicle was held by one strap as we were driving. The next move will be done by professional movers.

We plan on buying Castle Rock CO real estate next time we move – which won’t be for a couple years. However, we’ve already started to look online. (You can’t be too prepared.)
