We have been here for a little less than a year and still love our new home. It was obvious that nc modular homes had reached a new high in customer appeal. It was more like sitting down with an architect than it was with a sales person. All of our desires were written down including the changing of room sizes and the addition of an extra module. We were able to pick a front porch that would give our living room plenty of shade. This is living at its best and we feel we had a big part in making it that way.
