Every day we get to see some or the other diet review in the TV. But the one that I liked was given by Oprah Winfrey. According to her, instead of avoiding food and starving yourself to death, it is better that you watch what you eat. An acai berry diet would be a great option to actually get that in your daily routine for the fact that acai berries reduces the appetite naturally. Once in a week stick to lemonade diet as it would flush out the toxins from the body. So you must try it out to see good results.
