When you’re eating out at a fast food restaurant, many people struggle to make the best decisions on eating healthy foods or junk food. One thing you must consider is to make sure you avoid all deep fried items on the menu.  You’re better off with a cheeseburger or a grilled chicken sandwich than with a fried fish sandwich or a fried chicken sandwich.  Basically, anything that is breaded should be off limits as a sure sign of pure junk food that is only going to make you fat and decrease your life span.  When possible, try to incorporate a side salad or steamed veggies instead of the typical deep fried french fries that come with most meals.
