Keeping fit helps me look and feel better. Many years ago I worked long hours in a stressful job and really stacked on the pounds. This really affected my energy levels and I was not nearly as productive as I should have been. One day I decided to change everything that I do. I started an exercise workout and have never looked back. Now I make sure that I schedule time for exercise on a daily basis. There is simply no reason why anyone should not pay attention to their health. The benefits of exercise are well documented and you definitely look and feel better. I now work a reduced number of hours and get more done.
