Having a nail infection in your toenails is bad enough but at least you can cover them up by wearing shoes. I have a fingernail fungus infection and it is basically impossible to keep hidden unless I want to run around wearing gloves every day. I am afraid to shake people’s hands when I meet them because the infection is very ugly and on certain days it smells really bad. I have tried several different treatments and while I have initial success, I never get rid of the fungus long term. It is very frustrating. I hope someone out there can give me some pointers.
