The sky is the limit for health, when you choose to forgo eating processed and adulterated foods. If you are really serious about changing your levels of health, you will no doubt wish to either severely limit the ingestion of such foods, or you may wish to even entirely eliminate them, as these substances are just not good for your body’s immune system, at all. What you will want to eat of course, is as nutrient dense foods as you can possibly get. These foods include many choices from the omnivorous menu, such as fruits, vegetables, lean meats, as well as plenty of fish and sea food.
