One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. The best ways to lose weight require a permanent change in the way you eat. Don’t think diet, think changing how you eat food. Don’t start out changing what you eat just eat half as much at each meal and eat every 2 hours. This will keep you from getting hungry and over eating and allows your body to process the food more efficiently. This will start you on good weight lost management. Over about 3 months you will drop weight to match your food intake and only then should you start thinking about changing what it is that you eat.
