I can only truly speak for myself when I say this but..I’ve never fully followed all the directions given in my body building routines.  I sense I’m not the only one.  As much as I love to lift weights and workout far to often I purposely skip the body building diet.  I mean really, who can afford to eat all those healthy meals daily? And if your were a skinny guy like me the words and body building and diet together really didn’t quite make sense.  Yet, as I have become wiser and less tempted by my favorite junk foods I’ve found that including the body building diet in my routines have greatly increased my performance and my figure.
