Many people do not like the appearance of wrinkles. This is a part of aging process and surely every one will experience this when he or she reaches certain ages. This is true because we cannot stop aging process. However, there are some things that we can do to slow this process and thus maintain the young look as long as possible. One thing that you can do is to stop smoking. This habit narrows the blood vessels which depletes your skin of essential nutrients and oxygen. Smoking also damages the collagen, a substance that is responsible for your skin elasticity. As a result, your skin appears sagging and wrinkles appear along the way. Stop smoking as it will lead to better skin and better overall health.
