Everyone these days wants a better memory.  A good memory can help you excel at work, in school, and in almost any social activity. But improving your memory is not as simple as taking a pill - you have to work at it.

If you want to improve your memory, you must be willing to make some lifestyle changes.  One easy change that can make a big difference is drinking enough water.

Many people are actually slightly dehydrated and don’t realize it.  That’s because our culture does not place a premium on drinking water.  People drink almost anything else first - sodas, coffee, tea, etc.  But water makes up most of your body and is required for proper concentration and brain function.

So change your drinking habits.  Aim for at least eight glasses of water per day.  If you are chronically dehydrated, this simple step could make a big difference in your level of concentration on everyday tasks and on your ability to easily remember.
