There should always be a fair chance for everyone. Like in our company, we have several employees who were not able to finish their college degrees. They can enroll themselves at any Adult Degree Program so they will be able to get their desired degree. Having an education should not be hampered by age, religion and culture. It is for everybody and those who can should take it. Having an education will help these people career wise and personal wise.
I know of a very rich person who was not able to finish her education because she got married really young and even though she has a job now and is filthy rich, I know she has gone back to school to get that degree.
