While the PS3 and the Xbox 360 are both gaming consoles. There is a fundamental rift developing between them. Of course, there has always been a fanboy war going on. But it seems more and more apparent these days that the purpose of the consoles are changing. While Xbox 360 seems geared at a purely gaming experience, the PS3 is more of a multimedia center.
